Paula has been working in one of the nation’s top 15 healthcare systems in the Asheville area as a Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) while building a unique set of translation skills and mastering the use of translation software and tools, which allows her to manage high-volume translation projects in different languages. As a business owner, she is currently part of the ATA Translation Company Division’s Leadership Council, with the purpose of sharing best practices and providing value to the translation industry.

Lucas is an Argentine Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong background in education and translation. Since 2018, he has worked with national and international teams on language-related projects, ensuring quality standards and coordinating educational and training content. Lucas holds a Teaching Degree in Spanish Language and Literature, a Diploma in General Translation, and is completing a Specialization in Spanish as a Foreign Language at the National University of La Plata, Argentina. He brings extensive experience coordinating remote and in-person teams, overseeing multilingual content, and adapting materials to diverse audiences. Lucas combines his passion for language with strong organizational and analytical skills, making him a valuable asset in translation and localization workflows.
